Refund policy

30 days, from the day it arrives. If you do not love it, tell us within 30 days of delivery through the Contact page and we will refund you in full to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of our reply.

You do not need to send it back for a refund. If we ever do ask for a return, we cover the label.

Exchanges for another size work the same way: contact us, we ship the replacement, no return needed.

Orders that arrive damaged or with the wrong item are replaced at no cost; send a photo through the Contact page so we can fix it fast.

1-Year Goof Guard (optional, $4.99). If you added Goof Guard to your order, your onesie is covered for accidents for one year from delivery: a rip, a broken zipper, a stain that will not wash out, or a hood that comes unstitched. Send a photo through the Contact page and we ship a replacement in the same color and size at no cost, once during the year. Goof Guard is per onesie and is not refundable once the onesie has been delivered. The 30-day returns above apply to every order whether or not you add Goof Guard.
