Shipping policy

Free standard shipping to the United States and Canada. No minimum.

Orders are processed in 2 to 4 business days and then spend 10 to 18 days in transit, so plan on roughly 2 to 3 weeks door to door. You receive a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

We ship from our supplier's warehouse. Duties and taxes for Canadian orders, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.

If tracking has not moved for 10 days, contact us and we will replace or refund the order.

The Giant Comb add-on ships in its own envelope from a second warehouse, so it can arrive a few days before or after the onesie.

Shipping Protection (optional, $4.99). If you added Shipping Protection, a package that is lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or arrives damaged is replaced with a new shipment on the next business day after you tell us, with no carrier claim and no waiting for an investigation. One Shipping Protection covers the whole order. Without it, we still replace or refund orders whose tracking has not moved for 10 days, as above, and damaged arrivals are replaced under our Refund policy; porch theft after a confirmed delivery is not covered without Shipping Protection.
